  • Connected mailbox and sending domain details, such as email addresses, sender names, signatures, warmup results, DNS settings, and the access granted when you connect a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 mailbox
  • Workspace content you create, such as your knowledge (your company, product, target customers, and writing instructions), notes, tasks, and contact and company records
  • Activity and usage information, such as agent activity, reports, and credit usage

We use this information only to provide the Services to the user who added it or whose workspace it belongs to. If you are a prospect or contact and want us to stop processing your information, submit a request on our Opt-Out page or email support@leadgenerator.io.

How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide, manage, and enhance our Services
  • Find and research companies and contacts, and write, send, and track emails on your behalf
  • Process transactions and manage billing

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

AI Assistant Integrations (MCP)

You may choose to connect your Leadgenerator.io account to a third-party AI assistant, such as Claude or ChatGPT, through our Model Context Protocol ("MCP") connector. Once connected, the assistant can read the data in your workspace that you are permitted to access, including your review queue, companies, contacts, emails and replies, tasks, knowledge, mailboxes and sending domains, reports, credit usage, and setup progress. If your workspace administrator allows it, the assistant can also make changes on your behalf, such as editing your knowledge and mode, adding companies and contacts, reviewing companies and contacts, sending emails and replies to your contacts, managing your email templates, never-contact list and agent settings, and managing your mailboxes and domains. Changes that approve, send, or use credits take effect only after you confirm them.

We share workspace data with the AI assistant only when you have connected it and only to respond to your requests. Once received by the assistant, that data, which may include personal information about your contacts, is handled by the assistant's provider under its own privacy policy and terms, and we are not responsible for their practices. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your AI assistant's settings.

Data Security

We implement rigorous technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Sensitive payment information is securely encrypted and processed through certified third-party payment providers.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal or contractual limitations.
